10 Minute Snacks
There’s lunch, dinner and breakfast and at times, tea too. But you need snacks to munch on during the day. You can’t always eat a complete meal when you feel only a little hungry. Instead of eating chips or drinking a can of soda, go for these easy to make snacks when you feel hungry. They’re tasty yet healthy:-
Add cheese, cucumber, tomatoes and onion slices to your sandwich. Use mayonnaise, tomato sauce and chili sauce to add flavor and toast in a toaster. Take out the sandwich when it is crunchy.
Make ready-made soup or noodles for yourself.
Boil some rice and add some butter to it. Then add seasoning to the rice. Sprinkle some shredded cheese on top and stir. In the end, squeeze some lemon juice and voila! Tasty rice ready to be eaten.
Cut potatoes into long thin rectangles. Add seasoning to the potato slices and then fry in very hot oil until it is crunchy. You may want to sprinkle some extra seasoning on top before serving it.
Take some fusilli and boil it in water and one tbsp salt. Meanwhile, in a pan, pour some oil and add vegetables to it. Make sure all the vegetables are soft before adding some soy sauce, ajinomoto, tomato and chili sauce. Add a little tomato puree and add the boiled pasta. Mix well and then add salt and pepper according to taste.
