PANCAKE WITH MAPLE SYRUP

The name itself is enough to make one’s mouth water. This delicious typical American breakfast is staple breakfast food stuff for many Americans. So let’s see the recipe this oh-so-yummy dish.

The ingredients required for this dish are quite common. They are, all-purpose flour, one egg, two table spoons of canola oil for the health freaks, I table-spoon of maple syrup without which the dish is incomplete, you can take more as much as you like, I cup of milk, half tea-spoon of salt and half tea-spoon of baking powder so that it doesn’t rise too much. The method is so easy that even a first timer can make it right. One just has to combine or mix this all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in one small or medium-sized bowl. Take another clean medium or small-sized bowl and blend the egg, milk, oil and syrup. But make sure that these items get blended without any lumps. Now pour this mixture into the dry ingredients that is the bowl which has the mixture of flour, baking powder and salt. The tricky part of this recipe is the blending part because if any lumps are formed then the pancakes won’t come out right. 

Now comes the cooking part. Pour the batter into hot girdle which is greased otherwise the batter will stick to the girdle. When the bubbles form on the top, it is ready to be flipped. Flip it and viola! Here are your pancakes. Serve hot with maple syrup.
