- 1 t. black mustard seeds
- 1 ½ t. minced garlic
- 1 ½ t. ground cumin
- 1 t. ground coriander seeds
- ½ t. turmeric
- 1 t. salt
- 1 T. light brown sugar
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 can coconut milk

Peel and seed squash and cut into 1-2” pieces.
Cook in chicken broth until tender.
Cook onion in oil, until softened.
Add mustard seeds, garlic, cumin, coriander seeds, turmeric, salt and brown sugar.
Stir often.
Add squash and broth.
Add coconut milk.
Simmer together for 30-40 minutes until thickens and liquid is evaporating.
CAREFULLY remove from heat,
