Cheescake Graham Cracker Crust Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons of margarine or butter
- One and a half cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar (or brown sugar if you prefer that taste)
Cheesecake Ingredients
- 1.5 cups of granulated sugar OR light brown sugar (most people use white sugar for a traditional cheesecake taste).
- Four 8 ounce bars of cream cheese warmed to room temperature
- 2 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1 tsp confectioners' sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 eggs – use 3 large whole eggs and 2 egg yolks
Cheesecake topping ingredients:
This is up to you depending on your preferences. Here are some choices:
Easy – Berry pie filling (comes in a can!) – Cherry or blueberry or strawberry or rasberry
Harder – 1 10 ounce package of any frozen berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, or mixed berries) thawed, pureed, and strained to spoon over each slice just before serving. Garnish with fresh berries
Easy Fancy – Chocolate Syrup and Caramel syrup and fresh strawberries dipped in chocolate (described at the end of this recipe).

How to cook Cheesecake is easy and basically done in two steps:
- First you will make and bake the Cheesecake crust.
- Second you will mix the filling (the actual cheese cake) and cook it in the pan with the crust!
Cheescake Graham Cracker Crust Directions:
Preheat your oven to 325F
- Melt the Butter Or Margerine on the stove top or in a microwave. It doesn't have to be liquid, just so its easy to mix.
- Use a wooden spoon (or clean hands if you prefer) mix the crust ingredients until well blended and crumbs appear moist.
- Spray PAM or otherwise grease thoroughly inside a 9 or 10 inch springform cooking pan.

4. Pour your crust mix into into the pan.

6. Bake the crust for 15 to 18 minutes at 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Allow the crust to cool completely.

- Add a little zig zag design on the plates with the same!
