How to cook meatballs in the oven – Basic Information

Cooking meatballs in the oven is a healthy alternative to cooking meatballs in a frying pan because you do not cook them in oil. Also cooking meatballs in the oven is easier in the pan because you do not have to turn them since the heat in the oven comes from all around them vs a pan where the meat is just coming in thru the bottom (that is why you so often see meatballs with one side flat and slightly burnt). But this is not the case with meatballs baked in the Oven! They come out evenly cooked and healthy to boot!
